ROLE:
The Appointment Setter is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our clients.
This role involves reaching out to and qualifying inbound leads, accurate reporting in our CRM, identifying potential issues in our setting process, and communicating these to the client scheduling team leader.
The Appointment Setter (aka Client Scheduler) is responsible for meeting sales targets, contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the Client Fulfillment team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as part of a cohesive sales and marketing team towards a common goal, contributing to the performance of the entire fulfillment team.
Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Participate in lucrative incentive plans and monetary benefits to encourage high performance.
Report individual sales metrics to the team leader, ensuring all quotas are met.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow lead generation plans that align with company and client's growth objectives.
Participate in sales training and onboarding programs.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.
RESULTS:
Daily reports on leads and set appointments are submitted to the appointment setter team leader.
Each Appointment Setter meets their quota or receives appropriate coaching.
A minimum of 90 qualified LIVE appointments are set month-to-month by each individual appointment setter. (at a 66%+ show up rate)

REQUIREMENTS:
Calm, confident and grounded tone of voice.
Being eager to master the art of appointment setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Experience in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.

High Performer:
100 live calls booked at 70% show rate → 100 x $25 + $1,000 = $3,500 USD + deals closed from sets ($3,500-4,000/mo)
Expected:
75 live calls booked at 70% show rate → 75 x $25 = $1,875 + $500 = $2,375 USD + deals closed from sets ($2,375-3,000/mo)
Low Performer:
60 live calls booked at 60% show rate → 60 x $25 - 10% = $1,500 - $150 = $1,350 USD + deals closed from sets ($1,350-1,750/mo)
