Client Success Managers / Backend Sales Reps

ROLE:

The CSM is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our clients.

Your ultimate goal as a CSM is to increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of our customer base.

And to ensure clients:

✅ Have speed in support so they can achieve said result 

Have depth (quality) in support so they can achieve said result 

Maximise renewals/upgrades/referrals/testimonials (backend sales)

OUTCOMES/KPIs::

  • Successfully Managing A Book Of Clients: One client (4 months in the frontend and 6-12 months in the backend. +/- 50 managed clients required)

  • Conducting High Quality 1-on-1 Zoom Calls With Your Clients

  • Offer Mon-Fri 24H through Slack/WhatsApp/Skool support (Available Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm EST - a MAXIMUM 1H response time is required during business hours. Outside of business hours, messages should be treated first thing in the morning.)

  • Coordinating w/ Tech, Marketing and Sales Dept if needed

  • Daily Client Success Team Meetings (Mon-Fri) 9am EST (60 minutes)

  • Monthly Churn Rate BELOW 10%

  • Maximise retention of the clients you receive. (Renewing on the frontend program or upselling to the backend program)

  • Upsell 10% of the clients you receive from the frontend program to the backend. (We have a detailed renewal/upsell process that we can help you withYou can also use Team Lead to assist in renewals/upsells if needed.)

  •   Renewing clients 25% of your clients into 6-12mo long term contracts after their initial 4-month contract

  • Refund/Cancellation KPI < 3%

  •   Ensure standards of client success remain within integrity despite growth.

  • Company values, standards and culture are consistently upheld by all team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ You have sales experience within the online info space 

You have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the online coaching industry

You find fulfilment in supporting others in obtaining their goals

You enjoy developing meaningful relationships 

You are results-oriented

You actively look to improve, personally and professionally, through books, courses, etc

You want to be held to high standards and be challenged in your work

Calm, confident and grounded tone of voice.

Being eager to master the art of appointment setting.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.

Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Experience in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.

Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.

You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others who are further ahead than you.

✅ Lastly and most importantly, you’re hungry and coachable.

Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed

WORKING HOURS:

8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (Flexibility Offered)

COMPENSATION:

1. Account Management Commission → 6.5% of client’s MRR (6.5% x $USD 3750 = $USD 244 per client x 50-60 clients = $USD 12,200-14,640/month)

2. Backend Sales Commissions → 10% of cash collectedFrontend contracts are for 4 months. After 4 months, it is your job to renew the client into 3 mo, 6 mo or 12 mo contracts ranging from $USD 10,000-$52,000, where you will get an extra 10% commission on all renewals.

You should be able to add $USD 3,000 to $USD 20,000 per month to your Account Management Commission just from your backend sales.

3. Referrals from your book of clients → 10% of cash collected

On Track Earnings:

$USD 10,000-15,000+ per month within the first 4-6 months.

$USD 15,000-30,000+ based on performance once fully ramped → 6-12 months+ 

Your income is not capped. As the company grows, your your possibility to earn more also grows.

**This is based on our current CSM performance.
