Sales Representatives (Setters and/or Closers)

Fondako's Sales Representatives are not expected to maintain relationships with new clients once closed; their focus is entirely on generating new revenue through the door. In that vein, sales people are expected to, for lack of a better word, hustle. We expect our salespeople to work as long and as hard as it takes to meet their targets.

From there, we build an automated lead generation system that showcases their unique value proposition and persuasively communicates the features and benefits of their products and services.
Your role as a Sales Representative:
❖ We are currently looking for a Closer to keep up with our current influx of lead flow! Closers can expect to be taking 4-5 live, qualified calls per day (approximately 18-20/week).
❖ Regardless if you have experience with insurance, we’ll teach you how to communicate with our target audience and understand how we can help take their business to new heights.

❖ Proven sales experience, ideally in a remote setting and/or in the financial services industry.
❖ Knowledge of digital marketing and/or the financial industry is preferred.
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
❖ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
❖ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
❖ Comfortable with using CRM systems and other sales tools.
❖ Native or fluent in English (written and spoken).
❖ Commission-based compensation structure, with no base salary.
❖ Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
❖ Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks
❖ Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become a full-blown fire
❖ Data-Driven -- you are able to use data to diagnose client problems and deliver accurate solutions
Location:
❖ 100% remote, but should always be able to work in Eastern US Time Zone.

Commission-based structure with no base salary. You will be compensated 10% of cash collected per every deal closed - along with an extra $100 bonus for every paid in full deal.
Closers are expected to make $11k/mo USD on target income while starting out and ramping up into the position
