ROLE:

The Video Editor is a key creative role responsible for shaping the visual storytelling of our brand and our clients' marketing campaigns.

This role involves:

✓ Editing high-impact video ads for social advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

✓ Sourcing and selecting compelling footage. (b-rolls)

✓ Ensuring videos align with marketing objectives and drive performance.

✓ Collaborating with the marketing team to iterate quickly and efficiently.

✓ Meeting deadlines with precision while upholding creative excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Create fast-paced, engaging ad creatives that meet platform best practices and convert leads profitably.

✅ Maintain organization of video assets and adhere to brand guidelines.

✅ Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, variations, and iterations.

✅ Deliver all content on or before due dates.

✅ Maintain quality control and attention to detail across all deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

🔹 Fluent English speaker.
🔹 Marketing-oriented mindset: you understand what makes an ad work.
🔹 Strong experience in Adobe Premiere (or equivalent) editing software.
🔹 Ability to source relevant footage and assets quickly.
🔹 Deep familiarity with TikTok/Facebook/Instagram creative styles.

🔹 Reliable internet and power connection.
